Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your order for ANY reason within 30 days of the date of delivery, you may return your item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange. All returns must be in their original packaging and in undamaged condition. Include your original packing slip and note if you want a refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned postmarked within thirty days of the delivery date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type less a 25% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the delivery date. For Health reasons, returns for Beds, Carriers, Coats, and all other clothing items that have been removed from their original packaging will NOT be accepted at any time. The Sharper Dog warrants to the original purchaser all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. No warranty is given or implied for durability of use or longevity as usage conditions vary greatly. The Sharper Dog shall be held harmless from all damages and injury resulting from the use of our products. Manufacturer warranties vary widely.
